The Lost Lands: DC and SP

The reason for the plural is because I may make more than one sheet format, depending on what its for.



Name:Put your character's name here, try to include a middle name or initial

Race:...

Rank: If and only if I assign you a rank. Otherwise put "Unassigned"

Personality: I dont require a tediously long description, but the more detail the better. The more better, the more likely I'll accept the application.

History: Again, nothing to long, but the more we know of your character the better. And dont put "Doesnt know about his/her own past...." or anything like that, that spells automatic rejection for you.

Appearance: A written description is preferred with a picture closely resembling your character.

Other: Include a note to the person who is going to accept your application, like a possible weakness and/or strength. Again, nothing stupid like "He cant be mortally wounded or killed". EVERYONE can be killed here, it doesnt mean they WILL be though.
